At ICED TEA AESTHETICS, we want you to love your style as much as a cold drink on a summer day. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
